OPERATORS FIRST
The Dressta TD-25 Series is the first of our heavy-duty crawler dozer range, starting with a net flywheel power of 375 hp (280 kW) and an operating weight of 41.5t. The machines are built to excel in heavy mining, coal and construction projects, incorporating advanced technologies and components for optimal performance.
OPERATORS FIRST
Power Without Waste
Environmental as well as economic awareness lie at the heart of our new TD25. Powered by the latest fuel efficient Cummins QSX15 engine, it has a net power rating of 280 kW (375 hp) and fully complies with Tier 4 Final emission standards without compromising on power or performance. The single stage 16 in torque converter with a 2.45:1 stall ratio drives to the transmission through a double universal joint.
See More, Do More
Our TD25 Cab provides a clear view to the blade and ripper working areas and the entire job site, with a direct line of sight to the cutting edge, making it easy to follow the flow of material under the blade.
Modular Construction
All service and maintenance points are clearly marked and easily accessible, with diagnostic points conveniently grouped together. The on-board system provides the operator with a range of status data including the incoming daily services. The TD-25 has been designed for easy access and reliability to reduce downtime, maximize uptime and make servicing as simple and cost effective as possible.
Maximized Traction & Drawbar Pull
The TD-25 is powered by Cummins QSX 15 Engine that delivers steady torque and power for efficient dozing and ripping performance. The robust powershift transmission combined with the unique 2-Speed Steering Drive transfers 100% engine power to both tracks for better load retention in turns and provides the best in the class Drawbar Pull, up to 20% more than competitors. It is fitted with variety of track shoes ranging from 22” to 30” width and has multiple blade choices; Semi-U 9.6m3 (standard), Full-U 11,5 m3 , Coal 21m3 and Angle 5.7m3. These meet wide range of requirements for applications, varying from rocky quarries, to road and highway, conduction, landscaping and municipality works.
